Delete your account and data

How to delete your account in the Tap the Egg app (Top App) and what happens to your data.

In the app

  1. Open Tap the Egg and go to Profile.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email hello@topapp.pl with the subject “Delete my Tap the Egg account”. Include your nickname and — if you signed in with Apple or Google — that account’s email. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

  • your account: identifier, nickname, Apple / Google ID and email, country, platform, language, push notification tokens;
  • all your taps, streaks and badges, and the record of which hatches you were present at;
  • your nickname on any egg you cracked — the egg keeps only the crack time and the total number of taps.

What stays

  • aggregate global tap totals — anonymous numbers not linked to you;
  • server backups — overwritten after 30 days at the latest.
