Case study
Wevowly — a wedding planning app built in-house
Our own product: a complete iOS wedding planner — from a task checklist and guest list, through budget and table placement, to a live wedding simulation. Live in the App Store, used across several markets.

The challenge
Organizing a wedding is really project management: dozens of deadline tasks, a hundred-plus guests with RSVPs, a budget, seating charts and family communication. Couples juggle spreadsheets, notes and chat threads — and things fall through the cracks. We wanted to close the whole process inside one delightful mobile app.
What we built
- Task planner — a full checklist grouped by month, with a ready-made template to start from,
- Guest management & RSVP — guest list, invitations via link and QR code, live confirmation statuses,
- Venue planner — drag-and-drop table and seating arrangement,
- Budget tracking — spending control by category,
- Wedding website, guestbook and photo gallery — one shared space for the couple and their guests,
- Live wedding simulation — an animated dance-floor preview of the party before it happens.
How we worked
Wevowly was built the way we recommend to every client: first an MVP with the product core (planner + guests), an App Store release, then expansion guided by what users actually do. The app is native iOS, with shared access for co-organizers — a fiancé, a maid of honor or a wedding planner — with granular permissions for the checklist, guests, photos and tables.
The result
Wevowly is live in the App Store and growing organically across several markets — together our products serve over 2,000 monthly active users. It's also our proving ground: every practice we apply to client projects gets battle-tested on our own products first.
