Freedo

Terms of Use

The rules for using Freedo. In one sentence: plan, split the costs and have a great time — with respect for your group and for the person you are celebrating.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Top App, Rynek Główny 28, 31-010 Kraków, Poland, VAT ID PL6762666433. Contact: hello@topapp.pl. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. What Freedo is

Freedo is an app for planning a hen do, stag do or joint party together. The organiser creates an event and invites the group with a link or code. Members vote in polls (such as the date), split expenses, see the day plan, chat and add photos and videos to a shared album. In secret mode the person being celebrated cannot see the event.

3. Account

A first name is enough to join an event. Chat, uploading photos and purchases require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your device and account. You can delete it in the app at any time.

4. Free version, Freedo Pro and the Keepsake

  • Free: up to 6 people per event, 2 polls, a 1-day plan, album originals available for 30 days after the event ends.
  • Freedo Pro: a one-time purchase for one event, made by the organiser. It unlocks more people, polls, plan days and shared money tracking for the whole group of that event.
  • Keepsake: a one-time purchase for one event and one person — keeps the original photos and videos after 30 days.

There is no subscription. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms; refunds are decided by Apple or Google. A purchase belongs to the event, not the device. Digital content is provided immediately after purchase — by buying you agree to this and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal to the extent the law allows.

5. Money and balances

Freedo calculates who owes whom from the amounts the group enters. We never receive or transfer money — you pay each other outside the app. We are not responsible for the amounts entered or for settlements between members.

6. User content

Whoever posts a message, photo or video is responsible for it. You keep your rights; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store it and show it to the event members, solely to run the app. You must not post content that:

  • depicts minors in a sexual context — we report this to law enforcement;
  • shows intimate or nude images of other people without their consent, including the person being celebrated;
  • harasses, threatens, or incites hatred or violence;
  • infringes copyright or other people’s privacy;
  • is illegal, including promoting drug dealing.

We have zero tolerance for such content. You can report any message or photo and block any person. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and ban accounts. The organiser can remove a person from the event.

7. Alcohol and safety

Freedo helps you plan the party but does not run it for you. Drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and respect other people’s boundaries. We are not responsible for how the party goes or for venues and companies you use.

8. Availability

The app needs an internet connection. The service is provided “as is” — we work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features and free limits; we will not take away features already bought for an ongoing event. We will announce the end of the service in advance.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally and as far as mandatory law requires — in particular we do not exclude liability towards consumers where the law does not allow it.

10. Age

Freedo is for adults only (18+).

11. Privacy

How we process data is described in the Freedo Privacy Policy. Delete your account in the app — see Delete your account.

12. Changes

We will announce significant changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can delete your account.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence. Send complaints to hello@topapp.pl — we reply within 14 days. As a consumer you may use out-of-court dispute resolution.
